If you have been working out consistently and aren’t seeing the results that you want, I think I may know the reason.
For too long we have been told to get into our “fat burning zone” while we work out. In order to burn fat while we work out we are told to go at least 20-30 minutes as a steady pace. In other words, do cardio.
But if you are working out 20-60 minutes a day on average and burning all that fat (supposedly) why are you not losing weight or changing your shape like you want to? Why have you hit a plateau that you can’t seem to come down off of?
