Eating well is a huge factor to feeling good and living a long, healthy life! None of eats perfectly every day, let alone for a lifetime. However, through our own continuing journey we have discovered that healthy eating can be simple, take some work, but does not have to rule your life.
My goal is to make cooking healthy feasible and fun for you. Our family doesn’t believe in fad diets or eliminating entire food groups completely. Our approach to food is very simple: eat more real, live food than dead, processed food. If you are new to “healthy eating” don’t try to cut everything out “cold turkey.” Just begin to add in one healthy food each day to what you are currently doing.
