Healthy recipes with pumpkin in them are a must this time of year!  With a chill in the air, leaves falling of the trees in a vast array of breath-taking colors (unless you’re in FL or CA – sorry, friends!), and hayrides a-plenty, it calls for a unique blend of spices, tastes, and new experiments in the kitchen.

This BURSTClub 3 minute recipe is a favorite already!

Pumpkin Chai Smoothee

  • 8oz of Almond or Coconut milk
  • 4 frozen pumpkin tablespoons
  • 1 serving Vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon All-Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Blend all together and you have a delicious drink that rivals anything you’ll get at Starbuck’s! (no offense Starbucks!)
