We like to start our days off with a BURST workout, followed by a Shaklee 180 Smoothee.  A couple hours later, we’ll have a mid-morning snack.  Some healthy and delicious snack options include:

2 scrambled eggs on an English muffin

OR

2T natural peanut butter on a whole wheat bagel

+ your choice of fruit:
1 banana
1 pear
1 large peach
1 medium orange
½ cup blueberries
½ cup grapes
