This recipe is from my friend in South Carolina, Ashley Hong. She has been making this yummy shake with the chocolate 180 Smoothee mix and loved it so much she shared it with us. Thanks Ashley!! It’s delicious!!!
- 1 cup coconut, rice, or almond milk, or water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of another fruit (fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2-1 serving of the 180 Chocolate Smoothee Mix
- 4 or 5 icecubes to make cold
