In a world that seems fixated on broadcasting and focusing on bad new, tragedy, and sorrow I just LOVE getting emails that are GOOD NEWS!  This morning I received an email from a sweet BURSTClub member who shared her exciting 2 week story with us.  I just had to pass this on to you today, in case you are like me and in need of some good news!

 

Good morning!

 

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the BurstClub program.  I’m a 43-year old single mom with a 2 ½ year old daughter.  Before she was born, I had been working out with a personal trainer for a couple years and was in very good shape going into my pregnancy.  But I haven’t done any exercise since becoming a mom and my abdominal area was really starting to bother me.  I’ve always had a strong, flat stomach but pregnancy did a number on it.

 

I’ve had a gym membership for years and I never, ever get there.  So I started looking for something I could do from home that wouldn’t take a lot of time.  And I found BurstClub!  I started the RockSolid workout 13 days ago along with BurstCore & Obliques and I have already seen a change in my stomach.  My abdominal area is already noticeably flatter and stronger than it was just two weeks ago!  My clothes are already feeling less tight on my waist.  I can’t believe that I can get these results in less than 20 minutes a day.  There have been a few days where I was pretty sore and didn’t feel like working out, but I always say to myself “It’s 20 minutes!  I can do 20 minutes!”

 

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for developing a program that is so simple, so quick to do and so effective.  I’m really looking forward to seeing how I look in another two weeks!
