Apple Cinnamon Crumble

  • 5-6 lg. granny smith apples, sliced
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup cranberries (optional)

Topping:

  • ½ c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. organic brown sugar (evaporated cane juice or other natural sweetener)
  • ¼ c. flour
  • ½ c. oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • (add enough flour to make a thick consistency)

Layer apples in glass dish or pie plate.  Sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.
